If you are a service provider, use the Sign Up or Start button to sign up. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Enter your business information

Enter your business name and description. Select a service area for your business.

Step 2: Add your first service

You can offer services for different durations and prices. Start by adding your first service by entering its name, service duration, and price which can be fixed or hourly. You can also specify whether the service is by appointment only or on-demand.

You can add more services and customize them with advanced options after signup is complete.

Step 3: Create your work schedule

It is important for you to publish your work schedule so that your clients can easily order your services. You can start by selecting the days of the week when you are available and specifying the typical work hours for each day. You can customize your work days and the work hours for each day after signup is complete.

Finally, you can create your branded URL by entering a friendly name for your web page. Choose a name that represents your business and is easy for your clients to remember.

You web page is ready and published after the signup is complete. You can view your page or open your dashboard to customize your page with your own logo and banners. You can also customize your services and schedule.

It is easy to offer services to your clients online in Zoom live meetings.

Activate Zoom

First, you need to activate Zoom on your dashboard by opening the Add-Ons page. You can find the Add-Ons link from the left sidebar of the dashboard.

On the Add-Ons page, use the Activate button to activate Zoom by connecting to your Zoom account.

If you don’t already have a Zoom account, you can create one by signing up at https://zoom.us/signup.

Follow the instruction from Zoom to download the app to your computer or device. Once the process is complete, you will be returned to your dashboard with a confirmation message. You will then be ready to use the Zoom Live Meeting feature in your service orders.

Enable Zoom for Services

Zoom Live Meeting is for remote services. You can create a remote service by selecting the “Remote” location option, which is for services offered remotely or online. Make sure to check the “Enable Zoom live conference with clients” box under Advanced Options for the service.

Use Zoom Live Meeting

When a client orders your service with the Zoom feature enabled, a Join Zoom Live Meeting link is automatically added to the order. At the time of service, you and your client can use the link to enter the live meeting on a computer or mobile device.

Deactivate Zoom

If you no longer want to use the Zoom feature, you can deactivate it by entering the Add-Ons page from your dashboard, and use the Remove button to deactivate Zoom on your account.

Uninstall the HomeRun app in Zoom

To deauthorize and uninstall the HomeRun application, please do the following:

  1. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Sign In
  3. Navigate to Manage after signing in
  4. Click on Installed Apps on the left sidebar
  5. Click on "Uninstall" on the HomeRun app displayed in the list of applications
  6. Or view the HomeRun app details by clicking on it, go to "Manage" and hit "Uninstall"
