How does the AI chat widget work?

The widget sits on your website (or your free HomeRun business page) and chats with visitors like a friendly receptionist. It collects their name, contact info, service address, and issue details, then saves the request to your dashboard and emails you right away.

What happens after I sign up?

After checkout, your HomeRun account is created and you'll get access to your dashboard. We'll help you add the chat widget to your website or set up your HomeRun business page, and your digital receptionist starts answering right away.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your plan is month-to-month with no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you like from your billing portal and the widget simply stops at the end of the billing period.

What does "test mode" mean?
