HomeRun is a service of Digital Architecture Management Group ("DAMG", "we", "us"), part of Bartlett Regional Unified Holdings, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and website when you sign up.
  • Service data: service requests submitted through your chat widget or dashboard, including customer names, contact details, and job notes.
  • SMS consent records: whether you opted in to text notifications and when.
  • Usage information: basic analytics about how you use the dashboard.

2. How We Use It

  • To create and operate your HomeRun account and dashboard.
  • To send the notifications you asked for — service-request emails, and text messages if you opted in.
  • To process billing through our payment provider (Stripe).
  • To improve the service and provide support.

3. SMS Privacy

If you opt in to text notifications from Digital Architecture Management Group (for the HomeRun product), your mobile number is used only to send you service-call, account, and promotional notifications. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent information is stored securely and used solely to honor your messaging preferences, including opt-out requests (reply STOP).

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • Service providers: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), messaging (Twilio), and email delivery — each bound by their own privacy obligations.
  • Legal: if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Account information is kept while your account is active; you may request deletion of your account data by emailing admin@homerun.work.

6. Your Choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Account emails: service notifications are part of the service; marketing emails (if any) include an unsubscribe link.
  • Access/correction: email admin@homerun.work to review or correct your information.

7. Children's Privacy

HomeRun is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice.
